Death

From the Webmaster

12/18/2024 I am converting all of the zipped mySword modules on this site to straight *.bok.mybible formats. If you visit us from a cell phone, you do not have to unzip these files. I am also changing the format somewhat. I am getting away from individual descriptions, and just making library lists where you can directly download the files.
If you come across a post that doesn't have a download link, please post a note to me in the comments of that post (no download), and I will try to get the file uploaded and linked to that post. We have had glitches in the past, and some posts lost their downloads. Basically, I am taking down all posts (650 posts on the site), and checking each one to see if they have their download, and if not adding it. Most do not. Once I take it down, it will repost (1 per day) until I am caught up and can work on new posts. Note that MySword reads theWord modules and esword modules now, so use them if you have them. Check these sites twmodules.com and eswordlibrary.com
If you can use these mysword modules in your Christian life and ministry, I need a big favor from you. I need you to pray for me. I sustain this website alone, out of my own living expense money. The Google Adsense ads have been adding to my income at the rate of 5 US cents per day for Google Adsense Ads as a daily total on 32 of my sites, all of them combined earn me a nickel per day except on bad days when it is less. I have been hacked continually, and these sites breakdown or are hacked, so I need your prayers. Please pray that God would protect this labor of love. If you cannot donate, please pray for me at least.

Boyce, J.P. – Abstract of Systematic Theology

Abstract of Systematic Theology

Abstract of Systematic Theology
By James Petigru Boyce

Abstract of Systematic Theology contains forty-two essays ranging in topic from the doctrines of God, the Trinity, and humanity, to creation, providence, and justification. Boyce also wrote extensively on the issues of election, atonement, and the immortality of the soul. Boyce’s theology was heavily influenced by Charles Hodge, and he used Hodge’s Systematic Theology text at the Southern Baptist Seminary. The essays found in Abstract of Systematic Theology were originally intended to supplement the content of Boyce’s systematic theology classes at the seminary from 1859–1888. Boyce compiled and completed Abstract: “it is no mere logic chopping treatise but is vibrant with an experimental faith centered in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior… .” Published in 1887.

Bronson, C.W. – Extent of the Atonement

The Extent of the Atonement
by Charles W. Bronson

In this 8 chapter book, Bronson examines the Atonement. He presents the legal penalty required, God’s purpose in Christ, an application of the Atoement, the Atonement in Typology, objections, etc.

Charles Wesley Bronson was born and reared in the tiny village of Muncie, Kansas during the worst part of the depression. The author’s father was an old time Baptist preacher and his sermons left an indelible impression on the author who was hardly more than a baby. These were days when men preached righteousness from God’s Holy Word, and Bronson seems to have caught some of the charisma that rested on his father. When he came of age, he felt impelled to preach the gospel of Gods’ grace. He has had wide and varied experiences in the ministry and has held various pastorates including some 7 years as a missionary to Korea. He learned to love the Korean people while in the service of his country during the Korean War. His only desire has been to preach Christ crucified, saying, “He must increase, but I must decrease.” He feels perhaps the message most needed today is the fact that the return of Jesus Christ is imminent.
