A short book which talks about the Pentecostal experience within churches in Florida, outlining some reasoning and background about this phenomena. This paper examines three essentially related issues concerning charismatic theology: (1) the relationship between the revelatory gifts and the canon; (2) the place of the revelatory gifts in church history; and (3) the role of related manifestations of spiritual ecstasy (and emotional experience in general) in revival movements.
