From the Webmaster

10/28/2024 If you come across a post that doesn't have a download link, please post a note to me in the comments of that post (no download), and I will try to get the file uploaded and linked to that post. We have had glitches in the past, and some posts lost their downloads. Basically, I am taking down all posts (650 posts on the site), and checking each one to see if they have their download, and if not adding it. Most do not. Once I take it down, it will repost (1 per day) until I am caught up and can work on new posts. Note that MySword reads theWord modules and esword modules now, so use them if you have them. Check these sites twmodules.com and eswordlibrary.com
If you can use these mysword modules in your Christian life and ministry, I need a big favor from you. I need you to pray for me. I sustain this website alone, out of my own living expense money. The Google Adsense ads have been adding to my income at the rate of 5 US cents per day for Google Adsense Ads on 32 of my sites, all of them combined earn me a nickel per day except on bad days when it is less. I have been hacked continually, and these sites breakdown or are hacked, so I need your prayers. Please pray that God would protect this labor of love

Evaluation by David Cox

Stevenson is a Reformed theologian. This work is a nice sized theology work, not excessively long and detailed, and yet at the same time, not  skimpy.

I would warn against Calvinism and Reformed theology, but in general I would recommend this work.

bs32 Should we seek the Holy Spirit?
examines the question of seeking the Holy Spirit, or do Christians already have Him. This tract presents the argument that Scripture clearly teaches that God seals the believer at the moment of accepting Jesus with the Holy Spirit. If that is so (and we show these verses), then God cannot allow a person to (1) believe and be saved, but (2) not have the sealing of the Holy Spirit indwelling.
Topics: The Spirit in the Old Testament | The Transition between the OT and NT | The Earnest of the Spirit When do we Receive the Spirit? | To be Saved is to Have the Holy Spirit | The Guarantee that we are Saved | The Explanation of Luke 11:13 | The Indwelling of the Holy Spirit within us | There are Consequences of the Indwelling Spirit in us | The Sequence of Events.
Red the Tracts: bs32 Should we seek the Holy Spirit? .

Buy me Burrito!
Burritos are delicious. Meat, beans, sour cream, veggies, wrapped in a tortilla. We all enjoy burritos! But you know that you cannot have what is good without somebody paying for it. If you have enjoyed things on my website, please consider helping me maintain the expenses of this site. Consider at least a one time donation to this ministry of $10 or $20 dollars? Very infrequently (one person every 3-6 months) will somebody donate something. Usually that is all I receive from 34 websites! Yet, from my download statistics, I have about 96 gigabytes total being downloaded monthly from all of these websites. Be a blessing to me and donate any amount. It would be really great if you could gift me and my wife (who splits a burrito?) this money so that we could enjoy eating out at least once in a while. (I pay the expenses for these sites out of our living expenses.) God will richly bless you and repay you for your generosity. 1 Timothy 5:18 For the scripture saith, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward. If you received some value from my websites, consider at least a small donation. A big donation would really be nice, too, though.
